For subscription-based services or memberships, payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for an upgrade and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period, unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
We take your security seriously and ensure that your payment information is encrypted and processed securely. We do not store any of your credit card information on our servers.
In the event of a failed payment for subscription renewals, access to the digital product, course, or subscription service may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved. We will notify you promptly of any payment failures and provide instructions for updating your payment information.
If you choose to upgrade or adjust your subscription level, any changes to your payment plan will take effect immediately. You will be charged the adjusted rate on your next billing cycle.

Our refund policy is active for a number of days from the date of your purchase, depending on the type of content accessed.
For a refund request to be eligible, the digital product or online course must not have been accessed or used extensively. We understand that assessing usage for digital products can be challenging, so we ask for your honesty in these matters.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale cannot be refunded.

Please note, we reserve the right to make certain courses exempt from refunds, if they are marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. Details of refund eligibility will be clearly stated on the course information page.
In cases where course access is revoked due to a refund, you will lose access to any course content, resources, or benefits associated with the enrolment immediately upon the processing of the refund.
For courses that offer instalment payment options, participants are obligated to complete the payment plan as agreed upon at the time of enrolment, except in cases where a refund is requested and processed according to our refund policy.
